Coaching

Racial Justice Coaching

I support white individuals and/or leaders who are looking to deepen their commitment to anti-racism and collective liberation by using one on one coaching sessions. Together, we will create a space of compassion, vulnerability, and accountability as we explore tools and strategies to center and sustain an anti-racist practice. By utilizing somatic practices, intention setting, accountability mechanisms, and white racial identity exploration, individuals will uncover practices to support their commitment to anti-racism for the long haul.

I believe that as white people socialized into white supremacy, we need to make the active choice each day to not be complicit in systems of white supremacy. This looks like embodying values that are more aligned with liberation so that we are able to navigate the world with more choice to resist these systems when we see them at play. In order to do this, we need support, care, and accountability.

Leadership Coaching

These sessions are designed for leaders who are looking to actively sustain a liberatory and anti-oppression leadership practice. Together we will explore your sphere of control/influence and access your power as an agent of change within your specific context. Our sessions may include: resource sharing, somatic exploration, intention setting, practicing anti-oppression facilitation skills, project management skill-building, relationship mapping, exploring power dynamics, and/or exploring management tools that center equity and transformative leadership.

Peer Support Sessions

These sessions are designed for folks who might need to reflect, brainstorm, process, practice generative conflict skills, or thought partner with a peer. These sessions are non-judgmental, collaborative, and non-hierarchal. Together, we will co-create space for you to feel valued, seen, and connected. In this session, you're welcome to discuss queerness, healing, facilitation, mental health, somatics, social justice, art, accountability, non monogamy, creative passions, conflict you're navigating, or whatever you might need some support around!

“Watching Mack facilitate complex issues helped to inform how I engage in similar conversations moving forward. I have a better understanding of my positionality in the education system and my responsibility to encourage equity within the school system. I learned how to better lift up the voices and experiences of others and how to invite more voices into conversations.”
