Welcome, community!
I’m Mack, a white queer community organizer, facilitator, and former mental health worker, based in Oakland on unceded Lisjan Ohlone land. I support individuals and teams with capacity building related to equity, liberation, and racial justice.
“If we don’t do our work, we become work for other people.”
-Lama Rod Owens
Let’s foster communities that embody liberatory culture, care for one another, and take collective action against violent systems of oppression.
Collectively, we can build a world where we’re all valued and we all thrive.
“Mack's holding of our space was both like fluid water and a warm, steady fire.”

“Mack is one of the most skillful and empathic facilitators I've seen! They are so in tune with the rhythm of the group as a whole and the particular experiences of the individuals within it. They can invite deep engagement with difficult material and create a warm, connected, and supportive space, even over zoom which can sometimes feel so disconnected.”
